You don’t have to dress up to fit in at Sunset. Attend once and you will quickly see casual dress and a focus on character over image. It is our hope that each week you will come as you are and leave just a little better.

A FAMILY ENVIRONMENT

“Church” is often an unfriendly place especially for the newcomer. At Sunset you will be able to connect with friendly people who are genuinely interested in getting to know you. We’re thankful for the wonderful relationships that God has blessed us with and are excited about the ones he has planned. "Warm", "friendly", and "caring" are words that accurately describe our family at Sunset.

A SECOND CHANCE

Many of us long for a second chance – a chance for a new start, a chance to do things different this time around. Sunset is a great place to come to grips with your past as you build a brighter future. We strongly believe in God’s plan, “to give you a hope and a future” (Jeremiah 29:11). Wherever you find yourself in life the people of Sunset are ready to help you find and take advantage of your second chance.

“For the Word of God is alive and active” (Hebrews 4:12). You will hear messages that are true to God’s Word AND applicable to your daily life. Our goal is to help communicate the words of the eternal, powerful God in a life changing manner.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY

From a vibrant Children’s ministry to our Youth Ministry, your children will have the support and information needed to grow and mature. We also offer plenty of opportunities for all of our adults from the "College & Young Pros" Young Adults Ministry to our Young Married with children’s Ministry to “Men’s” and “Women’s” Ministries up to our “Senior Saints.” Our goal is to provide your whole family, whatever age, with the tools necessary to live a fulfilling and exciting life.

DEEP CONVICTIONS

At Sunset we believe that we need to do our best to be and help others become committed followers of Jesus Christ. We sincerely believe that by being examples of and showing God’s love that we can reach many people for God’s glory. Because of this conviction we are serious about obeying God and holding to His truths, by using the Bible, God’s Holy Word as our guide.
