The ladies of the Palm Beach Lakes congregation are inviting you to be their guest at our 42nd Annual ladies' Day on Thursday, April 17. Let me introduce our speaker, Shameika Hanna. Shameika grew up in the Eight Mile Rock community in Grand Bahama Island. She graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, where she obtained a Master of Science degree in Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. At 22 years of age, she completed her CPA certification in New Hampshire and later became licensed by the Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Shameika and the love of her life, Tavaro, have been married since March 2005. After attending the Memphis School of Preaching (where she completed the Ladies' Certification), they started working with the church in Eight Mile Rock, Grand Bahama in March 2018. Shameika is a part of weekly Bible studies with ladies in the congregation and the community. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, she is a crafter and most importantly, a child of God! She speaks at Ladies' Days and at Polishing the Pulpit. Being the companion of Christians makes her happy but worshipping alongside them, she is the happiest. Tavaro and Shameika have five children (ages 3-14): four daughters, Genesis, Legacy, Providence, Faithful; and one son, Honour.
